Refund policy

At Handle It, all sales are final due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived severely damaged

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
